When I first started driving a bus full of third and fourth graders in Ohio, I thought I was signing up for a part-time job. Turns out, it became my rolling classroom on human behavior. I watched kids fall out with friends, patch things up, have meltdowns, and discover courage in tiny, everyday ways.
